Lisa will see you for an individual session.

 

She develops individually tailored sessions that can include facts, education, strategies to help, experiential learning, and help. She ensures you have time to talk and discuss issues, ideas, concerns in a non-judgmental atmosphere of privacy.



This means you get the most out of every session and they build on each other.
