Being a registered Psychologist LIsa is able to provide servies under Medicare. She is registered with Sira/Workcover
For Medicare and private clinetsLisa requires payment by cash or cheque on the day of consultation.
Rebates available with MEDICARE or Health Insurance.
Electronic payment and credit card facilities are not available. Payment can be made by direct deposit . before the appointment
Cancellation Policy
Making a second appointment is an indication of accepting cost. Please note that cancellation of appointments with less than 24-hours notice will incur a cancellation fee.If the cost is being covered by a third party, such as an insurance, or EAP, efforts will be made to ensure treatment is within costs covered, and if not, the client will be informed before. However, the client is responsible for any costs and should ensure approval and length of coverage..
Mental Health Care Plans
If you are referred to Lisa Cunial by your doctor, or if you have a doctors referral with a mental health care plan you will be eligible for a Medicare refund of about two thirds of the fee.
Workers Compensation
Clients on workers compensation with a Doctors referral with psychological issues mentioned, are eligible for six initial sessions
